We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

2. Shipping Times: We strive to provide the fastest shipping by processing and preparing orders for shipment the day of. Please allow 10-25 business days for delivery of your item. Note that some items may take longer to ship due to location.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery may take 10-25 days upon receiving a shipping confirmation email. 

4. Shipping Destinations: We currently only offer shipping to the US. 

5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you can track its status using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
