Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed in 7 business days. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 7-21 business days depending on location.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Not yet — but we're working on it.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link via email or SMS.
Sizing & Products
Q: How do I know what size to get?
A: Each product page has a fit guide. Still not sure? Size up if you’re between sizes — we keep it true to size with a streetwear cut.
Q: Will you restock sold-out items?
A: Most products are evergreen. We have exclusive drops that we don't restock. Follow us on IG or join the Blu List to catch the next drop early.
Q: Are your pieces unisex?
A: Yes — everything is made for all genders.
Returns & Policies
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: All sales are final. There are no returns unless you are doing an exchange.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We currently do exchanges only if the product is damaged or we messed up on our end. Make sure you are ordering the right size and color.
Q: My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
A: Reach out to us at blurockllc@yahoo.com within 3 days of receiving it with photos and order info.

A: We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
